Proposal for Covington Interactive Art Installation/Ceremony

The PDF file below details a project under review for the Arts District in Covington. It may or may not be realized. I and the arts district manager, Natalie Bowers, have met with several officials at a proposed site. This has been abandoned due to continuous issues with the location; I have now been given the option of hosting it in the Artisan Enterprise Center. It is not a suitable space for it, but it seems to be the only option. You are invited to read it.

This project has two parts. The first is a three-story installation and its growth from the interaction of its users. The second part is a ceremony in which the above content is inserted into the ground in a 50-year time capsule.
